Biodynamically farmed and certified organic (Ecocert). Vinified with 100% whole clusters and ambient yeast fermentation. Aged 14 months in barrels (30% new), followed by 2 months in tank. The 2021 vintage presents intense red fruit aromas and a perfumed bouquet, reflecting the site's unique terroir.
