2023 Domaine Buronfosse Pinot Noir Cotes du Jura Red, Jura, France Macatho and 10% Cramant Grand CruFrom two parcels of older vines grown on lower slope limons and clay in Rotalier, Peggy and Jean Pascal Buronfosse hand farm their 4 ha estate organically and work with minimal intervention. The 2023 Pinot Noir sees a 12 day destemmed maceration, followed by 9 months levage in used barrels, and is bottled with no added sulfur.
