Turbullent is Domaine Serol's sparkling rose of Gamay Saint Romain from the granite hills of the Cote Roannaise, made in the methode ancestrale: hand harvested grapes, native fermentation finished in the bottle, no added sugar, nothing tacked on. It comes out fresh and clean and light on its feet, with a gentle fizz rather than an aggressive one. Serol is certified organic and biodynamic
