The Chef's Press 8oz frother created in 1997The original press, the 8oz. Chefs Press was designed to be stacked. Use up to 6 presses for multiple weight possibilities. (8 16 24 32 40 48 oz.) The 8oz. press can be used in a staggered arrangement to cover larger items. The Chefs Press was born out of true necessity in the tiny kitchen of Bix Restaurant down a secret alley in San Francisco, where Chef Bruce Hill was at the helm of the stoves. In a small kitchen like that, every second counts. The
