Light staining/foxing and browning & bleeding of what I would guess was once black ink

Below the top eye holes are a second pair of cutouts backed by hide pockets

9 1/4" across at the outside of feet

I would think these date to 1920s or so but am not completely sure

Short fork: 10 1/4" x 2 5/8" x 1/2"

Eskimo Ice, 1970s Greenwich Village Street Photo round mat Light staining/foxing and browning &I purchased this one from a favorite dealer in the Hudson River Valley, with lots of bins of drawings and photos and ephemera to dig through. I love it for feeling like a whole world on a corner, and iconic of a Manhattan long gone. (The Eskimo Ice cart also makes me think of David Hammons's brilliant snowballs for sale street performance of 1983.)
