Refitted in 2010. Vessel has been laid up for 9 years.
The Vessel will be delivered with main engine running and overhauled and registered as a Pleasure Vessel under the Dutch flag.
A fire affected the hold and the smoke affected 2 accommodation areas. Current Owners have cleaned up all areas and the Vessel is reported to be in decent condition. Engine room is intact. Oil is like new. There are about 10k litres of high quality fuel on board, Owners reported.
In the hold there used to be 4 bedrooms with bathrooms and a living room.
It’s now an open space of 210 m2.
It could be reconverted into a Hotel, Restaurant, etc.
